However middle managers are often conflicted between their actions and words by contradictory polices that they have not bought into. Middle managers often find themselves struggling to balance the demands from subordinates against the needs of the business, giving middle managers the persuasive tools and voice to they are more successful in navigating and closing the gap between senior management and the workforce to improve whole company performance, whilst maintaining their positive well-being.

Safeguarding Supervision

We have staff that have worked in Safeguarding leading large institutions in multi-ethnic locations. Good safeguarding supervision is good practice in supporting the mental well-being of your safeguarding leads and ensuring they feel confident to fulfil the role.
